To achieve the purpose of the foundation, to own and use movable and immovable properties whose amount and value are not restricted by donation, will, purchase and lease, except for legal limitations, to sell, transfer and relinquish what they own in accordance with the provisions of the law regarding foundations, to receive and spend their income, to use one or more immovable properties or income in one or more investments that are included in the foundation's assets, to make donations and bequests, purchases, provided that they are not contrary to the purpose and service subjects of the foundation. To manage and dispose of the movable and immovable properties and money acquired through acquisition and other means, to receive securities and to evaluate and sell them in line with the purpose of the foundation, to cooperate with domestic and foreign foundations, real and legal persons when legal permission is obtained, who are engaged in activities similar to the purposes of the foundation, to receive assistance from people other than public institutions and organizations, to make agreements to provide this assistance, to acquire real rights other than ownership of immovable properties such as easement, usufruct, subordination, superiority, pledge and mortgage. to accept, to use these rights, to receive all kinds of guarantees, including pledges and mortgages of movable and immovable properties, for the contracts to be established with their current or future income, to accept valid bank guarantees, to borrow when necessary to realize the objectives and service subjects of the foundation, to give guarantees, pledges, mortgages and other guarantees, to obtain income from the projects and all kinds of studies carried out and to be carried out in accordance with the purpose and service subjects of the foundation, and to operate in accordance with ordinary business principles in order to provide income for the foundation. It is authorized and authorized to establish, to participate in established ones, to operate them directly or to have them operated by an operator under its control, and to enter into enterprise, savings, property acquisition, construction and similar contracts deemed useful and necessary for the realization of one or all of the foundation's objectives and service subjects, as stated in Article 48 of the Turkish Civil Code.
The Foundation cannot use these powers and income for purposes prohibited by the Turkish Civil Code.
